The AuctionBytes Blog reported on Friday a glitch that was causing PayPal to undercharge customers for eBay purchases when using checkout from third-party vendors. eBay alerted users to the problem on Saturday with a Systems Announcement Board post. eBay announced late on Sunday that the problem had been resolved.
